Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16 (unless they have permission from parents or guardian). How long we retain personal data

Skills Alchemist does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. After that, we delete all data we have about you. We maintain the following retention periods:

  • We delete inactive customer accounts after 7 years. After this period, we only use your data anonymously for internal reporting.
  • The Tax Authorities require us to keep our administration with your invoice, payment, and order details for 7 years. After this, we only use anonymous data for internal reporting.
  • We retain data used to prevent fraud for a very long time. Not pleasant, but necessary.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Skills Alchemist only provides personal data to third parties when necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

To ensure that the access request is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Social Security number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
